Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains how Supercomputer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal information when you use supercomputer.sh, our dashboard, APIs, command-line tools, and compute services (the “Service”). For privacy questions or requests, contact team@supercomputer.sh.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, name, profile image when provided, account identifiers, authentication records, and account settings.
  • Compute information: commands, code, files, datasets, process output, logs, and other content you submit or generate, together with resource usage, job and session identifiers, and operational diagnostics.
  • Billing information: payment and customer identifiers, transactions, credit balances, and billing records. Stripe processes payment details; we receive payment status and related billing information.
  • Technical and support information: IP addresses, browser and device information, request and error logs, security events, and information you send when contacting us.

2. Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, Clerk, our authentication provider, receives your Google account identifier and the basic profile and email information you authorize. We use this information to create and authenticate your account and associate it with your Service activity. Google sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or Calendar.

You can revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions. Revocation does not itself delete your Supercomputer account or existing Service records; contact us to request deletion.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provision and operate compute, store and deliver workload outputs, meter usage, process payments, provide support, diagnose reliability issues, prevent abuse and unauthorized access, communicate service changes, and meet legal obligations. Avoid placing credentials or unnecessary personal information in commands and logs.

4. When information is shared

We share information as needed with providers that help operate the Service, including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, and hosting, compute, storage, and infrastructure providers. Workloads may run on third-party infrastructure. If you direct a workload to an external service or share outputs, that recipient handles the information under its own policies.

We may also disclose information to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Service and its authentication providers use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember account state, and support security. Browser controls let you manage cookies; disabling them may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

6. Retention, security, and international processing

Retention depends on the information and its purpose, including operating your account, preserving workload outputs, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting accounting or legal requirements. Stopping a compute session does not necessarily delete stored files, logs, or billing records. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups expire.

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use legally required safeguards for international transfers.

7. Your choices and rights

You can update available profile settings and contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. We may verify your identity and retain information where permitted or required by law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and reliability, or with your consent, as appropriate to the activity.

8. Children and policy updates

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this policy and will revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
