Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Supercomputer (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including supercomputer.sh, our dashboard, APIs, command-line tools, and compute services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A separate signed agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, including activity initiated by your agents, scripts, and integrations.

2. Compute resources and your responsibilities

The Service provides access to compute and related storage and tooling. Availability, hardware, performance, and pricing vary. Resources can be interrupted or reclaimed, and jobs can fail. Maintain independent backups and design workloads to tolerate interruption. You are responsible for starting and stopping resources, monitoring usage, and evaluating results. No service-level guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Fees, credits, and payments

You agree to pay the rates and charges disclosed when purchasing or using the Service, including applicable taxes. Usage consumes prepaid credits where that billing model applies. Enabled auto-refill may charge your payment method according to the settings and authorization shown at checkout. Manage auto-refill in the available billing controls; stopping a job does not cancel an enabled refill setting.

You authorize our payment processor to collect charges you approve. Credits are for Service usage and are not a bank deposit. Refund eligibility follows the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Contact us promptly about disputed charges. We may restrict new work for insufficient funds or overdue payments. Price changes apply prospectively and do not alter charges already incurred.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate law, sanctions, export controls, or another person’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Distribute malware, steal credentials, conduct unauthorized scanning or access, send spam, or attack or disrupt systems.
  • Evade billing, access controls, rate limits, or resource restrictions, or resell unauthorized access.
  • Upload unlawful content or data you do not have authority to process, or interfere with other users or infrastructure providers.

Do not use the Service for safety-critical applications where failure could cause death, injury, or serious physical harm. Do not submit regulated data requiring special contractual safeguards unless we have agreed to those safeguards in writing.

5. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain your rights in the code, data, files, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights to host, copy, transmit, and process that content as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service and follow your instructions. You are responsible for required permissions, licenses, and notices. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us or override third-party rights in workload outputs.

We and our licensors retain rights in the Service and its branding. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. Third-party services you choose to use may have separate terms.

6. Privacy, suspension, and termination

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. You are responsible for lawful collection and use of personal information in your workloads.

You may stop using the Service and request account closure by contacting us. Stop running resources and export needed content first. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, nonpayment, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Accrued payment obligations survive termination; retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or preservation of all data.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited, and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms, post the revised version, and provide notice of material changes as required by law. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Nothing in these terms overrides rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
